The Sweet Spot.

With the consistent repetition of our Asanas (yoga), Pranayams (breathing exercises), Mantras, Prayers, Meditations etc. our body and mind start working together.  There's less push and pull. Our Sadhana (ego transcending spiritual practices) is triggering something unexplainable in us. The mind and the body are experiencing the value and are looking forward to it and reaching out for it. We are replacing our old outdated habits with some energizing new ones. 

Like the tennis player, we are coordinating the racquet and our body with our mind and soul to hit the sweet spot every time.
