It's a Love

It's a love beyond the mountains,
it's a love beyond the skies.

It's a love beyond the moon and stars,
it's a love beyond the why's.

It's a love beyond,
what we can see,
it's a love that lets us be.

It's a love that molds the Who Am I,
its a love beyond the me.

To see clearly what really needs to be,
to let our hearts run free.
We need a love that burns our pride,
we need the love,
that hides inside.

Inside our hearts is where we'll find,
a love refined
and a love that binds.

It's a love that welcomes every heart,
and lets us all,
play our part.

Its a love that will never judge our past.
It's the only love,
that will forever last.

Its a love that's beyond every caste,
it's the Mothers love,
that holds us fast.

Go Within.

Be as you are.

Fight nothing.

Overcome nothing.

Just go within.

Find your peace,

your reality.

Live it.

Let go and...

let God and....

be at One!!!!

x Love = Love.

Hurts x hurts = Hurts.

Hurts x Love = Love.

Hurts x anger x disappointment + resentment - worry x Love = Love.

Love is like the zero in multiplication ( to increase )

Anything x Love = Love.

Some Quotes

The more I accept, the more that I get.
The more I expect, the more I'm bereft.

The more that we give, the more that we live.
The more we forgive, the less that we drift.
The less that we drift, the more that we shift.

The more we let go,
the more that we grow.

The more that we know,
the more that we crow.

The more that we flow,
the more that we glow.

Sweetest Hari...

(Hari was our father and friend, we had a ceremony for him today for his passing away, just one short year ago. Hari this is for you.)

It's been a year since he's gone
and we are all gathered here.
to say good-bye to a man,
who was so full of cheer.

In the simplest of ways,
he just got on with his life,
he didn't sit around worrying,
will this cause me strife?

He didn't sit around worrying,
about what people thought,
he just got off his butt
and did what he aught.

God was his man
and he spoke of him always.
He spoke in the old ways,
which is different to nowadays.

He shot from the hip,
with Gods name on his lips,
He shot from the the hip,
with no need to decrypt.

You never had to worry,
about Hari's cogitations.
It was all on the table,
with no hesitation.

He was the funniest guy,
and he didn't even try.
It was his joy for living,
that you could not deny.

He was all about family,
and doing things right.
He put it all out there,
never afraid of a fight.

He inspired us all,
to get it all done.
To live every moment,
and to have a little fun.

He shared his life with us all,
and we are all truly thankful,
for he lived it out loud,
and it was never uneventful.

Hari, it's good-bye for now,
thanks for all that you've done.
All those lessons and memories,
that we could never refund.

You were one of the sweetest of men,
that we've had the pleasure to meet.
We pray that God grants you,
all that you seek.

Good-bye our sweet Hari,
our Father and friend,

who was so full of cheer.

In the simplest of ways,

you cared for us always,
right up, till the end....

The Gift.

Towards the end I've found a great friend.
The warrior in me, can no longer pretend.
From this impatient self I have to transcend,
for the shadow in me, I can no longer befriend.

The beauty that's in me, I can no longer resist,
for its the resisting of this, that has let the darkness persist.
The only thing that we hurt when we judge and hurt others,
is the light that's in us, the same light from our brothers.
In our sisters and mothers, our friends and our lovers, this light unites all, every skin shade and color.

The greatest enemy of all,
 is our urge to resist,
the one thing in this life that cannot desist.
We curse and we worry and punish ourselves,
instead of letting it go and praying for help.
Our protection and love, is all that we need
but it is this simplest of acts, that we fail to heed.

Humility is needed, before we will ever let go,
we must drop to our knees, only then will we grow.

When we surrender to God and forgive all our foes,
we'll inherit the gift, of all that God knows.

Residing in us, lies this gift, still and dormant,
nothing will move, till we realise its importance.
Nothing will shift till we tune into him
and nothing will grow till we let the love in.

The greatest desire of the soul, is to be pure, sweet and good.
We've been tested and trailed and haven't withstood,
all our passions and urges,
and done what we should.
We've given in, to our thoughts and chased after what's nought.
We've made the wrong choices and not done what we ought.

Now nearing the end, I have found a truly great friend,
its in Her I can confide and truly depend.
I surrender my heart to the sweetest of lovers,
for it is in Her I can excel and truly discover,
the most heavenly Gift, from our most heavenly Mother.

Love Lost.

Often in our relationships, we've given up.
There like an old dog that we secretly wish were gone.
We've programmed ourselves for failure and we've given up on success.

Far beneath the surface, we've given in, it's too hard and too far gone.
Like an old bathroom,or an old car,
we'd be happy ,to just replace it.
Start again,start afresh.
New opportunities, new adventures.

But wasn't that kitchen once new, or that car, or that job or that relationship.
Remember that puppy that was so cute and that you loved so much.

Was your relationship about growth or was it just about good times.
We look at some relationships as problems, that have to be solved.
But maybe all it needs is a smile of warmth, a smile full of love and acceptance and humility.
But we hang on to our negativity,
our ego's best friend.
The emotion has gotten a hold of us and we won't let go of the hurts and the wrongs.
The words said in haste and hung onto, forever and a day.
We think if we don't correct it, like we correct a child , it will come back to haunt us.
But maybe our child would learn better from our own humble behavior,
our smiles of forgiveness and our smiles of acceptance.

When we let go of the E in Ego,that E for Emotion, we let go of the problem, the hurts, the resenting and the reacting. We get to move forward.

It is here where we will find the love again.
It lives in our forgiveness
and in our acceptance
and finally in our gratitude,
for all of life's lessons.

My cute puppy.

Smile:)

    Sunlight shines across your face,
as a smile slips across your lips.
    The moon sulks,
at the entrancing incandescence,
of your shimmering eyes.
    And the earth falls silent,
under the gentle caress,
of your Divine lotus feet.

     Oh Bhagavan,
my sweet Bhagavan,
you are delicious.
    The most flavorsome of prasads,
the perfectly seasoned dish.
If I had only one wish,
it would be to have my fill,
of this most perfectly, seasoned, bliss.

I always feel you're with me,
sitting quietly in my heart.
I wonder how many times you've saved me and granted me a brand new start.
I wonder how many times you've kicked me, when I've failed to play my part.
And I wonder how many times you've helped me, when it seemed I'd forgotten
how to laugh.

    Everytime I fall down,
you pick me right back up.
    Every time my mind doubts,
your love fills me right back up.
    Every time I give up,
on ever getting it right,
you smile and I smile
    And all of nature trembles,
with pure and utter delight.

(When I was trying to decide,
how to start this poem this smiley face manifested itself in the caramel at work. It was the condensation from the tray above dripping down on the hot caramel.) :)

The Time Has Come.

In the very centre of my heart,
lives a love that's unbroken,
untouched and unrealized
and it cannot be spoken.

It's not a love of emotion
or a love for promotion ,
it's pure and sweet
and drunk with devotion.

The time has come,
to dig deep for that purity,
to sacrifice our wants
and give up on insecurity.

No where will we find,
a love here on Earth,
that compares to the love,
that we have yet to unearth.

The end has come,
for our half assed attitudes,
we can no longer play out,
this life of ingratitude.

If we put others first,
with no thoughts of the cost,
just ever so slowly,
this heart might defrost.

We have to begin,
to discover our purpose,
why are we are here?
and discount all,
that is worth less.

We have to give up,
on just making do,
the time to be earnest,
is long overdue.

What is our purpose?

Why are we here?

What are we waiting for?

What do we fear?

The time has come,
to dig deep for the truth,
to live it and breathe it
and stop looking for proof.

It's all our fears and our doubts,
that hide faith from us.
It's all our fears and our doubts,
that create the distrust.

Every moment is now,
every now a beginning.

Every moment is now,
and it's Time for a new innings!

All it takes is a smile,
to get this heart singing,
all it takes is a grin,
to have your joy swimming.

Swimming in an ocean,
that's to the brim with devotion,
swimming in a love,
that's devoid of emotion.

The time has come,
to raise our vibration,
and inspire us all,
to seek,
liberation.

Finding God.

In order to find God we need to let go of all our attachments.

We need to let go of our attachments to being right and our attachments to relationships.

We need to let go of the attachments to our habits and our attachments to worldly things.

We need to let go of our attachments to being loved and our attachments to needing Love.

We also need to let go of our attachments to success and our attachments to security.

We need to move through from our emotional way of looking at the world and feeling the world, to a place of truth.

We need to live that truth.

We need to be that truth.

We need to own that Truth.
