Same Love

You love us all the same
and in return,
we burden you,
with our shame.

You know all of us by name
and in return,
we burden you,
with our blame.

You know us inside out
and in return,
we cry and whinge and pout.

You reach out to us,
in the silence
and in return,
we drown you out.

We don't want to listen,
to your wisdom
and we don't want to understand,
your love.

We can't fathom,
that there's only you,
we don't seem to get,
this elementary clue.

You stand silently,
in the doorway,
between the world
and your Divine insight.

You wait patiently
for us to awaken
and walk slowly,
towards your light.

You wait patiently,
for us to wake up
and give up,
on our Godless plight.

It's the same love,
for Mother, Father. 

It's the same love,
for me and you.

It's the same love,
for one another
and it's this love,
that's our only truth.

If I love you more than he,
and if she loves you,
more than me.
The imbalance,
leaves us empty
so it's the balance,
that's the key.

As I continue on my journey,
to realize this simple truth.
I am more conscious,
of this yearning,
that I have carried,
since my youth ......

The Soul Never Dies!

The soul always lives,
the soul always gives.

The soul is not the mind,
the soul is always kind.

The soul is forever wise,
the soul will never lie.

The soul is the Divine within,
and the soul will never sin.

When we close our eyes and go within,
slowly, we will hear, the silence sing.

A Sacred Song that will melt our hearts
and never again, will we be apart.

Never again, will we choose to sin,
forever and ever our hearts, will sing,
a song so sweet,
that it's put our minds to sleep.

A song so profound,
that it's removed the shroud.

The shroud of doubt,
and the shroud of fear,
have been burnt away
and all is clear.

We have only one choice
and that's the choice to help,
those souls who are in need,
discover, their own, inner wealth.

Our Soul, is our very own Golden Eye,
the Soul, is where, God resides.

Our Soul, is but a spring of tears,
that washes away, all our sins and fears.

Our Soul is where,
Love resides,
and it's this Love,
that has finally,
turned the tide.

The Drama.

We all have our disadvantages in life. 
Wether it be something small,
like a teacher that doesn't favor us,
or something big,
like a lifelong disability. 

Its our attitude that writes our story.

If we get caught in the drama,
we just add to our karma
If we rise to the test,
we discover our best.

When we discover our best,
we reveal our true essence
and we give others the opportunity,
to discover their lessons.
We give others an illustration,
of living in the present.

For it is only in the now,
that we will find any atonement.
It is only in the now,
that we can overcome our opponent,
who is that little word doubt,
that doesn't live in the moment.

Our Holy Grail.

Instrumental to us all,
is our ability to enthrall.
To capture the spirit of the moment,
and to give the moment our withal.

It's our gratitude for the experience,
that fills our hearts with great warmth.
It's our gratitude to ourselves,
for having transformed,
from that doubt in our hearts,
that we carried for so long.
From that doubt in our hearts,
we are realized and reborn.

In this moment of great love,
we have finally let go.
From the habit to hesitate,
we have finally grown.

Instead, we have the ability,
of grabbing life by the tail
and we're not letting go,
till we've reached,
our Holy Grail.

Lest We Forget.

Lest we forget,
in this time of unrest,
of a time not long past,
when we were put to the test.

In a time not long gone,
when we were not found wanting.
In a time not long gone,
that was fearful and confronting.

Lest we forget,
those brave silent souls,
who gave so selflessly
and with such determined resolve.

So that we in this moment,
on this grey cloudy day,
can look back and remember
and give thanks as we pray.

For those soldiers and nurses,
who gave everything they possessed
and passed with such humility
and honor ability,
an unquestionable test.

Thank you brave warriors,
who paid the ultimate price,
for the freedom we have
and for such generosity
and might.

Life Just Happens.

My beautiful big Sis has just been diagnosed with Cancer.
My marriage seems to have lost its way.
And yet I am filled with with so much hope and love for everything and everyone, in this world.

Life just happens around us without us worrying or stressing or doubting or fearing.
When we accept what's going on around us, when we truly surrender to Gods will and smile, we have won.
And the prize is a profound love like nothing we have felt before.

Meanwhile Dinners done, homework's done and the kids need to get in the shower, life goes on...
But the moment was sweet and we have only the moment, the joy and the love. :)

A Soft Sea Breeze.

Nothing is Ours.

I can't own this great love,
for it's on a no interest loan.
I'm not the King of this great love,
for I don't sit on the throne.
I can't control this great love,
for it's not mine to own.

Warmed by the heat of the sun,
we grow and we glow.
God's love is within us
and it's in our hearts that it flows.
It can not be contained,
for we would cut off the flow
and our love would turn stagnant
and our love wouldn't grow.

If there's one thing that I've learnt,
it's that nothing, is ours.
It's all the Divines will
and she has the power.

All that we need to accomplish,
is to plug into the source,
when we plug into her juice,
we'll be blown back on course.
There's nothing in this universe,
that is filled with such force ,
as the Divine will and Divine nature,
that will keep us on course.

So don't hold on to anything,
and don't expect anything,
in return.
Be confident in your love play
and don't be, concerned.

A prayer for you.

When I look into your eyes,
I can see you live your truth.
You step lightly through,
this doubt-filled world,
not needing any proof.

You're a warrior and a leader,
and I hope you get it all.
I pray your days are filled with light,
and your obstacles always small.

Through and Through.

When I look into your eyes,
I see where love resides.
Your friendship means the earth to me,
it's a place where fear can't hide.

The love that shines forth from thee,
is a reflection of my love for me.
The light that shines forth from thee,
is but a spark of our Divinity.

You fill me with the confidence,
to reach beyond my fears,
to blow away the clouds
its all so crystal clear.

You fill me with the confidence,
to climb a little higher,
to reach out for that next big branch,
that will lift me from this maya.

The only thing to fear of course,
is the very fear itself.
My fear of being all alone,
to proud, to ask for help.

The only thing to fear of course,
is of not discovering me,
of not unearthing,
who I really am
and becoming wise,
to thee.

When I look into your eyes,
I see where love resides.
I see that look upon your face,
of God's love,
so glorified.....!!!

When I look into your eyes,
I just know I'm part of you,
I just know that in,
my heart of hearts,
your my Guru,
through & through.
